Day 100 (9) Sunday 14.i.2018

Watching the Adjustment Bureau with Matt Damon and Emily Blunt. And earlier Have you met the Morgans with Hugh Grant and Jessica Parker. And trying to write the end of Metanoia. And coming back to this laptop and half my files are closed, for no reason. Very weepy. Frustrated. Buzzy. Horrible lunch (surprisingly nasty sausages from Hall Farm Butchers). Only two days until France - have I got enough time? For what?

And finally Ned Kelly with Heath Ledger which was incredibly sad and very moving and made Irish me quite angry. And sad that Heath Ledger is dead - he was beautiful in this. So a kind of all in all sad sort of day - not bad - just a day for sad moods (which didn't need drink to make it go away - just a relatively early night).

Someone on Time Well Spent had a good idea - fit a time switch to the house's power supply - turn everything off (routers, lights, telly, laptops, phones) at some set time e.g. 10pm.

Could I get an oval glass top cut for Felicity's table?

RyanAir being complete wankers about cabin baggage and check in. Unbelievable.

Chucking the kitchen sink into the end of Metanoia. What's the point of keeping secrets and holding back?

How does one contain all the dreams and feelings and fantasies and hopes in what is left of life? No wonder I used to drink.

I did stick to my resolution to wake up, have a cup of tea and meditate.
